Ambiance chaleureuse, les 2 coachs et propritaire sont formidable, accueillant et patient avec les dbutants et tres motivant. La proprietaire a d'ailleurs son cours en nutrition pour offrir un service de suivi en gestion de poid et plan alimentaire. Je recommande fortement a tout les passionns de sports et d'entranement!!
