Hotel is old but the price is right. Booked for one night and got 2 days at Gramby Zoo.Unfortunately they put us in the room across from the pool door and kids were screaming until 10.Room was clean and it joined to the room next door, where my sister was. That was great because the kids slept in one room while the adults stayed up to chat a bit. My sister's room had a kitchenette too!They used to have a full breakfast and now it's Continental. And there are about a million signs to NOT BRING FOOD INTO YOUR ROOM!!!! Excessive when it's on all four sides of a post and twice on every wall surface.
Nice place overall. The sound insulation in the walls is very small so I could hear the children running everywhere.
Did the granby zoo package for 2 days. The hotel was clean, affordable and bilingual. Great service,nice pool and hot tub. All around great experience. Would always recoomend
Stayed there for 3 nights. Last night, there was rain and the roof leaked, most of our stuff was soaked by morning. The staff werent super helpful. Didnt offer anything but to dry our clothes for us. Which was great but really its not like we were going to wear them again until they were properly washed... refunding us our night stay would have been the appropriate thing to do. Will not be going back. Much nicer places to stay in Bromont with better customer service.
Great location in winter of you want to ski. We stayed here while visiting Granby Zoo. Better value for the money. Breakfast was nutritious, pool and spa were great. Rooms were comfy and the park at the back was a nice surprise for restless kids!
