I stayed here for a few nights on business. The first problem was the room: while it was nice enough, it only looked out onto the depressing atrium (no windows to the outside). Personally, I hate rooms like this in hotels, so I asked to be moved to a normal room. Unfortunately for me, there was a conference, and all the rooms were occupied. To top it off, the hotel had a 48-hour cancellation policy, so I was essentially stuck. I don't like feeling like I'm being held hostage.The other frustrating aspect of my stay was the internet. It was so slow, it was almost not usable. This was consistent for the entire stay, regardless of time of day or night. There is no excuse for this nowadays. While the room was fine enough (very comfortable bed), and the lobby is very nice, the corridors missed the renovation and are dark, dated, and not very nice at all. Considering everything, if I come back to Bromont I would stay somewhere else. 6/10
Error occurred with booking, however appreciated how willing they were to rectify the problem. Premises very clean, personal I've had better massages, I'd rate as 5 1/2 out of 10.

Very nice facilities I give it a four because my wife is pregnant and unfortunately they did not have a bathrobe that fit her comfortably but for the rest everything was nice they are connected with the Hotel so it's a very easy access without going outside food was awesome and the massage was great also.I would definitely recommend it to a friend
Good spa with many services and amenities. Registered massage therapists are hit and miss. Staff are friendly. Tip: plan some time to go early or stay later to enjoy the sauna, steam and shower rooms.
